In this class you will learn how to hand-build a serving platter that you can use as a centerpiece for your next party or hang on the wall! This class is completely beginner friendly. You will learn how to make the platter and glaze the piece thinking about design and functionality. The platter’s will range in size from 12”-16” and be completely functional.
This will be a 2 day class, all materials included.
Saturday 7/12 from 10am-12:30pm Saturday 7/19 from 10am-1pm. Day 1: we will construct and refine your platter, thinking about surface and form. Day 2: we will glaze your pieces.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know 7 days before class/workshop begins. We are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges within 7 days of the start of a class/workshop for any reason.
Any refunds issued are subject to a 10% processing fee.
If I have to miss a class due to illness, I will schedule a make-up class.
If you need to miss a class you can come to the open studio hours for practice. Open studio is uninstructed time where you can practice what you’ve learned.
Please try not to miss the first class. I review a lot of information, studio policies, and demonstrations that are pertinent to your success.
