Mixed Level Throwing Friday’s from 9am-11:30pm (Starts on Friday May 29th meets 6 times)

$375.00

This class will be geared towards the student who has some experience with hand-building or throwing.

For this session, we will be working on “dessert plates” focusing on form and surface design. We will use a variety of forming methods to create various shapes and embellishments. After, we will spend some time working on a variety of surface treatments.

This will be an 6 week course meeting 2 and a half hours per week, 25lbs of clay (if you have a bag of approved clay, I will give you a $15 discount on the class), basic studio tools and glazes will be provided. As well as access to the open studio during your 6 week session so you can practice. Open studio times are uninstructed and a great time to let your hair down and set the peddle to the metal.

Please note, this class does require cleaning your workspace and whatever you used in the studio. Also, the block of clay you will be given weighs 25lbs. Please let me know if you need any assistance prior to starting the class.

Class starts on Friday 5/29/ 2026 from 9am-11:30am

(5/29, 6/5, 6/12, 6/19, 6/26, 7/3)
