Turn Your Images into Ceramic Tile/ Mosaic
This is going to be a really fun and creative class where you will learn how to transform an image into a ceramic puzzle piece tile! Your design can be inspired by a photograph, painting, drawing, or even a series of images.
You’ll create individual ceramic pieces that come together to form your larger image. Once completed, your tiles can be mounted on wood, incorporated into a backsplash or tabletop, or even installed outdoors.
Your finished piece can be approximately 15” x 15” or 15” x 18”, depending on what works best for your design. Whether your image works better horizontally or vertically, we’ll help you determine the best format for your piece.
After the tiles have been glaze fired, we will discuss best practices for mounting them and the materials required.
Class Details
This class will meet 4 times, and you are also welcome to come into the open studio during the four weeks to continue working on your piece.

We are unable to offer refunds, transfers, or exchanges within 7 days of the start date for any reason.
Any refunds issued are subject to a 10% processing fee.
If I need to miss a class due to illness, I will schedule a make-up session.
If you need to miss a class, you are welcome to attend open studio hours for additional practice. Open studio is uninstructed time where you can continue working on what you’ve learned.
Please try not to miss the first class. It covers essential information, studio policies, and demonstrations that are foundational for your success.
